Parties in our space are as cozy as they are fun! The kiddos are happy and you actually get to enjoy your child’s birthday. Yes, while drinking a delicious coffee!
THE PLAY
The Play is the stress-free solution to birthday parties, baby showers, or any other private event you're looking to throw. You receive:

Private access to the entire café and play space for up to 30 people for 2 hours
- 30 minutes before and after your booking for setup and goodbyes, so you’re never rushed
- Our café stays open exclusively to you and your guests throughout your event, ensuring snacks, treats, and caffeine are always available.
It’s a cozy experience designed so you can enjoy the celebration instead of managing it.
THE BEAN BAG
The Bean Bag is the party experience for families who want to create a standout celebration. You receive:
- Private access to the entire café and play space for up to 30 people for 2 hours
- An additional 30 minutes before and after your booking for setup and goodbyes, so you’re never rushed
- One made-to-order beverage for each guest
- A fruit and vegetable platter that keeps the party feeling fresh and easy
- An arch backdrop to anchor your decor and elevate the celebration
This package allows you to walk into an elevated experience where the details are handled and all you need to do is enjoy your child and the people you love.
Note: you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the booking fee at the time of booking. The balance of your booking fee will be due 2 weeks before the event. In the event of a cancellation, you can apply your deposit to another event booking within 1 year of the original booking date.

What parents ask most often before booking parties at Bean Bag
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and treats as long as everything is nut-free. Outside drinks are not permitted, but we are happy to offer you a range of cafe beverages and soft drinks for purchase, as well as a complimentary water station for your guests.
Can I bring my own decor?
Absolutely! Whether you are decorating yourself or have a third party decorator, we are happy to lend a hand and make sure setup and cleanup are a breeze.
Note: for safety we ask that no piñatas or poppers/silly string be used in the space.
Can I run a tab for my guests' drinks?
Yes! We can coordinate with you to set up a tab for the party if you'd like to cover your guests' drinks or other cafe purchases.
What if I don't know what vendors to use?
We have a trusted network of vendors that we know will provide quality services for your special event. From catering to photography, event planning, entertainment and decor, we are happy to connect you so you can avoid party planning overwhelm and focus on the fun!
