FAQ's

Is the play area free while I enjoy coffee?

The play area has a separate admission fee. This helps us keep it clean, safe, and engaging for every little one who visits. We also offer memberships with special pricing for playtime, plus some fun perks.

Will you offer memberships or only drop-ins?

Both! Memberships will be available soon and will include exclusive member pricing, bonus perks, and community offers from our local partners. Drop-in play will still be available if you prefer flexibility.

How often are toys and play areas cleaned?

Every single day. Toys and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with gentle, non-toxic products to keep even our youngest guests safe.

Is there a safe space for babies who aren’t walking yet?

Absolutely. There’s a cozy baby corner where you and your little one can play safely away from busy toddlers.

Will there be food and snacks?

Yes! We’ll have light meals, snacks, and baked goods, all chosen carefully to pair perfectly with your coffee. Our menu will be shared closer to opening day (we’re still taste-testing — tough job, we know).

What about allergies?

We do our best to avoid common nut allergens, but we can’t guarantee a nut-free environment. We’ll always be transparent about ingredients so you can make the best choices for your family. If your child has a severe allergy, you’re welcome to bring a safe snack — just speak with our staff.

Will there be a limit on the number of kids playing?

Yes. Our space comfortably fits around 12 kids at a time, and our staff will monitor the flow to keep the energy safe and fun.

Will there be staff watching the kids?

Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. We’ve designed the space with clear sightlines so you can easily keep an eye on your little one — even from your coffee table. Our staff is there to help when you need a hand, but direct supervision stays with you.

What ages is the play area for?

The play space is designed for children ages 0–6, with dedicated areas for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Older kids can enjoy imaginative and STEM-inspired play.

Is there parking available?

While we don’t have dedicated parking, there’s plenty of street parking nearby. You’ll find paid parking on Wellington Street and free 3-hour parking on nearby side streets.
